In medium and large organizations, knowledge is scattered across thousands of files, repositories and systems:
- strategies, procedures, policies, contracts, reports, “how-to” documents, project notes, presentations, spreadsheets, scans,
- manual search for information takes hours or days and still rarely provides a full picture,
- compliance, risk, security and audit teams must track regulatory changes (ISO, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, etc.) and verify organizational documents against them.
Additionally:
- confidential data cannot be safely processed in global LLM services outside the EEA,
- most available AI tools rely on public models, with no control over where data is processed and no full explainability of answer sources.
The result: rising non-compliance risk, slow decisions, and overloaded expert teams.
Universal technology core
At the heart of AMUai is a modular AI core that:
- imports documents in many formats and automatically splits them into meaningful segments (semantic & structure-aware chunking),
- generates vector representations (embeddings) of documents and queries, building a vector knowledge base of the organization,
- combines full-text search with vector search and reranking (hybrid semantic search),
- creates context for language models and generates answers with full source citations (Explainable AI),
- provides a graphical flow editor that lets users design and modify document and knowledge processing workflows without writing code.
