Anyone has the right to request the provision of accessibility to a digital website, mobile application or some element thereof. It is also possible to request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the contents of a film without an audio description, etc. The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application is involved, and a method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information through an alternative means of access, he should also specify a convenient way of presenting this information. The public entity should implement the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the requester when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but the deadline shall not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to provide digital accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way to access the information. If the public entity refuses to comply with the request to provide accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information, the requester may file a complaint on the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.

Description: There is 1 parking space for people with disabilities near entrance B to the facility.

The main entrance to the building: has a staircase equipped with handrails, has a staircase, next to which there is a ramp for wheelchair users, and the entrance from the ramp leads to level 1 of the building.

Inside the building: there are stairs equipped with handrails on both sides, there are elevators that serve all levels and parts of the building, except for 2 elevators serving only part of the levels, i.e. in teaching part A (three levels) the elevator serves levels 1 and 2, level 0 is not served,
in teaching part B, one elevator serves levels 1 to 4, the other serves all levels i.e. 0-4 (there is a connection to part A on level 0 - the ground floor), there are elevators without voice announcements and Braille.

The information system for people with sensory disabilities includes screens displaying information relevant to UAM students and employees located in the halls of the faculty. There are plaques on the doors to the halls with the hall number written in Braille and information in QR code.

It is possible to enter the facility with an assistance dog without any restrictions (based on the Law on Professional and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities).
